Unilife is a private student accommodation operator providing students with safe, innovative, comfortable and functional studio apartments to relax and study. The purpose-built student accommodation includes a range of studios from Standard to VIP as well as a disabled access studio on every floor. Amenities include spacious communal areas, a lounge, study rooms, state of the art gym and laundry room. Unilife developments are located in Portsmouth and Southampton, UK, and a third one in Guildford is currently under development.

Unilife actively partners with the National Code for student accommodation as well as the National Landlords Association giving peace of mind to all our residents.
